Alexis Lee is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to Real Estate, Alexis became the co-owner of a successful hair extension company. In less than two years, the company grew to boast three brick-and-mortar locations in three cities, with more than 25 employees, and generating more than $1 million in sales annually.
In 2014, Alexis decided to sell her shares and focus on what has always been her true passion, real estate. Although she obtained her first rental property at 23, Alexis knew it was time to scale up. She began purchasing foreclosed properties and renovating them with a small team, consisting of herself and her father.
Over the past several years, she has continued to expand her real estate portfolio by obtaining income-generating, short-term and long-term rental properties and completing multiple full-property renovations each year. Alexis is passionate about helping others achieve generational wealth through real estate investing and homeownership. She has personally coached over 500 students and several of her mentees have built successful portfolios. In her personal time she enjoys playing/watching sports, giving back to her community with her sorority Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; and spending most of her time molding her future entrepreneur daughter, London.
